Getting your nails done is easy and they’re great, but certain stylist aren’t it. Like they didn’t even address me in the hour I waited. I literally just walked out and got my haircut somewhere else."

"The first time I went to this place it was a great experience because she got me really blonde. However, about six weeks later, I went in just to get my roots done and to my absolute shock, she ended up putting dark brown, low lights all throughout my hair, and completely re-highlighting all of the hair she just bleached. I was so stunned. My hair was pretty much black and white and was completely fried so I had to cut a bunch of my long hair off. Then, I decided to go in and get extensions to make up for all the hair that had to get cut off, and I spent about $1000 doing that. A week later I ended up ripping them all out because they were so tight on my head, and one of them was terrible quality (see third pic). Needless to say, I’ve wasted a ton of money coming here and my hair over a year later is still trying to recover. Very upsetting."
