"Clean place and nice staff but, was shorted the 5 minute massage with my pedicure and couldn’t seem to help the gentleman to understand that he skipped my massage. Also, did it receive the same massage on my hands and forearms as the lady did next to me from the gentleman who assisted her. The young lady who took care of my nails, put lotion on my hands and my forearm, but that’s all she did and I was charged $139. I do not have tips on my nails as they are natural, but I do get the gel on fingers and toes. When I went to check out and pay, The lady at the register just said she was sorry and did not offer to take anything off of my total."
"I drive from Lebanon to come see Anna and get the hot gel! I bring her a photo and she nails it everytime. While my nails last the entire 3 weeks!"
"I had another salon really mess up my acrylics and the design yesterday, but I came here today to see if it was fixable and sure enough they did and made them beautiful. I’m really happy with the work they did. The first two is how my nails look today after having them fixed and the last two is what I left with last night at a different salon. I’m really happy with this"
"My first time there, very therapeutic. She started doing my nails at the exact time that I set the appointment, which is a huge plus for me. Emma was very efficient and even offered to do a cute design on my nails. Would recommend!"
"This is my all time favorite nail salon! I’m quite picky about my nails and I have extremely high expectations when it comes to customer service….this place exceeds it all!! My nail tech is Emma….I’ve been going to her for well over a year and I wouldn’t dare leave her! She’s so talented and super awesome! Harry and Sarah are 2 of my other favorites although I don’t go to them. You will not be disappointed whether it be a nail service or foot regardless of who you go to . They are the best nail salon in the city and believe me, I’ve tried quite a few."
