"You can’t always book or edit an appointment online through the website. Some services on the website say you have to contact them directly for availability and or consultation. They don’t pickup the phone, respond to voicemails or texts and one of the emails listed is undeliverable. I had to physically go to salon on my lunch break to setup hair appointment. The business side is run like the dark ages. It feels demeaning to have them not respond to communications they admit to receiving. It’s as if you’re at a fast food restaurant, being made to feel like you’re begging them to take your money for their service. Go somewhere else where you can make and adjust appointments conveniently and efficiently online as well as reach the stylists with questions and concerns."
