"So I tried not to leave a poor review but I must. I got a full leg, full brazilian, and full butt wax. Spent 165 and gave Aziza a $10 tip. So later that night I noticed huge strips on both calves. Aziza told me if anything was wrong to just let her know and she will be happy to fix it when I come back. So instead of leave a bad review i scheduled with her again, told her and she played dumb and pretended she needed to speak with a manager to fix that. Mind u, u can clearly see the hair she missed is from 4 weeks ago. I was smooth except for those areas. I told her i hate to leave bad reviews and she told me to go ahead and leave a bad review because it doesnt matter and people will understand??? Um. So disappointed and much too expensive to be prideful of a mistake u can use to help ur technique later. Ive been to the other location 3 times.NEVER HAD A ISSUE OR HUGE SECTIONS OF HAIR LEFT BEHIND. PLS DONT go here. Its not worth the money or time."
