"Service was good, the product was not quality.and the customer service (after the complaint) was not acceptable. I received service Thursday evening (maniicure, pedicure, and gel polish on my nails) for a birthday dinner and vacation. I was washing my hands for dinner Friday and the polish feel off one nail. Each day after it got worse. Each nail was had polish peeling and coming off. I called and told the lady Monday and she asked what did I want them to do about it. I asked that they re-polish them. She couldn't accommodate Monday because they only had 3 techs... I think I'll just pass on waiting until Thursday and never return to be serviced."
