"Recently, after a small local trip that I took, I had 2 windows in my vehicle that were having trouble going up. I contacted 1 company and they to me to go to AutoZone and have them install a new Power Window Regulator. AutoZone does not do that. I kept searching for someone who could help. My girlfriend was searching to and found 'The Power Window Doctors' and I contacted them. Lloyd was very helpful and offer to come out to my house to do an evaluation. While we were speaking on the telephone, he quoted the prices to fix a single window and the price for 2 windows. At the time a single window repair was $253.00 for 1 windows. So I guessed that 2 windows would be $253.00 each, Lloyd said that is correct but if he was to do both windows in the same trip, he would give me a 10% discount for both. Which was cool. Then Lloyd mentioned if all cash, that would be the price for the repair, but if paying with a Credit Card then there is a 3% charge. So Lloyd came out on the scheduled day, Lloyd evaluated and fixed both Windows. He took payment on completion of service and I got a 7% discount for both windows overall. Lloyd advised about preventative maintenance and Lloyd was here for about 2 hours total. Way better service that taking the vehicle to the Dealer for Repair and way less time sitting at the Dealership as well. Thank you Lloyd and 'The Power Window Doctors'."

"Thank you Lloyd! Probably not a bad thing that I haven't been able to visit a drive thru for months but within minutes that has now been fixed. Honest, reliable and will defiantly use again. Nothing is worse than not being able to roll your windows down in your car. Thank you again, The Kirk family."

"Called Power Window Doctor to see if they could replace the window motor in my old ‘95 Ford truck. It was on a Thursday and he was out of town but made an appointment to fix my truck the very next Monday. He said they would be at my house between 8-10:00 and he would call first. At 8:00 this morning (Monday) he called and said he was on his way. By 8:30 he was working on my truck and by 9:15 he was done, and during this time he was also training a new employee. The price was exactly as quoted and the work was done properly and my truck put back together as it was before the repair. What more can anyone ask for these days? Courteous service, work done on time and at the quoted price, and vehicle put back together without a bunch of spare parts in the floor. PWD will be the first call I make for my next window repair."

"Guy tried to scam me by bring the wrong car part after I told him what kind of car I had multiple times. I also told him that it specifically was the driver side window motor and he tried to charge me for a diagnostic check. Told the guy he was insane."
