"Don't waste your time. I called them on their number that is on the door approximately 30 minutes prior to ask. Do you all take appointments or do you all take walk-ins at 3:00 on the dot? Well excuse me. 2:00 on the dot walked in the establishment. No one spoke to me. No one said a thing. I started looking at the wall where the nail polish is where then the man that sits directly in the front with the mask on by the reception he says. Can I help you? I said yeah I would like to get a pedicure and then he goes to look at the computer and then says can you come back? We have a 2:30 appointment and I said well-I thought you said you guys took walk-ins. He said we do take walk-ins but someone has a 230 appointment and then he asked could I come back and I said no I'm not going to come back so to be warned don't waste your time! As a response to the owner 11:00 pm cst. You SHOULD BE clear when someone calls to tell them you take walk-ins but prefer ppl make appointments. Your business was not busy, you call 4 clients busy? I went to your competition down the road and they had 14 plus clients and were taking walk-ins. You had 4 people in there, one at your station, a lady across getting a pedicure and one 3 seats down and across one lady getting a nail set. Believe me, I won't be back period. I'm sure the 3.5 million reviews I have will definitely make an impact on your nasty attitude, and business acumen."

She was patient and helped me pick the right colors and design for my pedicure. Her artwork was clean and just what I wanted. I'm heading out for a beach vacation and I will be very happy showing off my fabulous toes!!"
