"Dr.Jackson is okay but his office staff are the most horrible and rude. I had the worst experience when I walk in to his office. Front desk and billing department are the most rude people I have ever met. I will never go back there, I will never recommend anyone to go there. I have recommend a couple of customer to Dr.Jackson office and I cant wait to tell them my experience at Dr.Jackson office ."

"Dr. Jackson was friendly enough, but he advertises "Cosmetic Dentistry" and to be honest, I was more interested in what he was advertising - and that would be that he thought of himself as a Cosmetic Dentist, not just a dentist. Let me explain. I was born with soft teeth, and over my lifetime, one-by-one, I had all my upper teeth capped, but it was done over time, so my teeth were all different colors. I was so self conscious and embarrassed that I would NEVER smile with my teeth showing. Well, 5 years before I had any work done by Dr. Jackson, I had spent a large amount of money to redo all my upper teeth, and for the first time, I was proud to smile! BUT, to my dismay, one of my two front bridges (each bridge is two teeth, and they are my four front teeth) cracked when I bit my finger nail. The problem was, that I moved from Colorado and no longer had access to the dentist that did all that work, so, I NEEDED a cosmetic dentist. When I saw that Dr. Jackson advertising himself as a Cosmetic specialist, I called him and had him do the work. Well, overall, the bridge was a close match. It was not what I was looking for, but it was close. So let me be 100% clear, I would NEVER make a 1-star rating based on this. A 3-star, maybe, but never a 1-star. So what happened? Well, about 2 months later, my other bridge cracked! So, I went back to Dr. Jackson and had him work on this 2nd bridge, and this is where all sorts of problems started! There were a number of issues, but the most important one (and the reason for this harsh review) was it took Dr. Jackson a total of 5 times to get the color of the 2nd bridge (right up in the front of my mouth!) even CLOSE in color! Each time he failed meant another 2 weeks in an uncomfortable (and highly embarrassing) temporary. Finally, after 10-11 weeks, he got close.... BUT IT WAS ONLY CLOSE!! I now have 3 different color's of teeth, right up front! And I'm in sales! How embarrassing! So I'm right back where I was before I ever invested all that money years ago. He did offer to have all 4 of my front teeth redone, so that at least *they* would match, but honestly, by then I felt humiliated and abused, and the last thing I wanted then (or ever!) would be for him to "practice" his "Cosmetic Dentistry" on me ever again."
