"Full transparency, I haven't actually had my procedure yet so I can't speak to that part of the process. But I had my consultation yesterday. I could tell they were busy and had a few different patients they were finishing up with but once I was taken back to my room, I felt completely taken care of. All in all, I was in the office around an hour and a half. I felt like they really took their time with me to answer any questions I had, especially including Dr. Madigan and the woman who covers all the financial questions. Major kudos to everyone for being super friendly and professional. For a procedure that I'm understandably nervous about, I'm glad I don't have to worry about the quality of care I'll be receiving. A big plus for me is that everyone was also mask compliant, including the patients in the waiting room. Any time I had to be maskless, I was never in close proximity to another patient or anyone else that wasn't wearing a mask."
"I just "graduated" from Dr. Mike's care and couldn't be happier. I needed a gum graft last July with a revision last November. The entire team is friendly and caring and made me look forward to an appointment. Excellent work- my teeth look great and I am no longer worried that what I eat will damage my gums.
