"Paid $600 for new brakes and rotors on my Ford explorer. The next day they were squaking terribly. I took back and they said they missed the dust cover and it had fallen making the noise. 7 months later now my car is shaking violently every time I try to stop. Took it to another mechanic and was told the wrong pads were put on my vehicle. I needed the heavy duty pads and he just put the regular ones. The rotors on the back were supposed to be vented and they were solid. 1 set of pads were installed upside down. So now I am out another $850 because of galltin automotive's incompetence . Should have went to the new mechanic the first time."

"I bought a silver 2002 Ford expedition XLT from the shop owner claiming he was selling it for some woman. Needless to say it's a LEMON! It had no oil, no fluids etc. Now I'm having to spend a lot of money having it fixed to where it will run right. Nashville needs at least a 30 day Lemon law! He claimed nothing was wrong with it but clearly lied or never even checked it to begin with."

"We first took our luxury car to another guy local and had a turbo replaced. We ended up leaving with many more problems than what we brought it to him with. Gallatin Automotive was who we should have brought it to in the first place. He was amazing!! Very sweet and honest . He did an amazing job on my car!!!! We had to take a 11 hour drive 2 days after the car was fixed and it performed so well. We truly appreciate this place and would be going back if we didn’t just move out of state. I would definitely trust him with a luxury car again!"
