"Got a coupon for a free tire rotation. Made an appointment and told them this. Called an hour before and told them again to ask if there was a wait to see if I should bring a book Or something. Then when I get there the person says it’s for first time customers only( doesn’t say this anywhere) So buying the car there wasn’t enough. And I just wasn’t told until I got there. But it’s ok cause the lady said “it’s only $30”. So wasted my time to go. Instead I’m going to Discount Tire and getting it for free. Should have done that in the first place. Edit after “owner” responded- Please see the attached coupon and I’ll be waiting for you to let me know I was right"

"We came in to get my mother a new car on Friday evening and she don’t like dealing with dealerships. As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and Joshua ( our salesmen) was great my mom told him what she wanted and he didn’t pressure her into anything that she didn’t want. Needless to say that they have our business for life."

"Bought my second car from here recently. Dealt with David McCollough, he helped me get a car I had been trying to get for a while. Took about three months or so to get it to the dealership, but David kept me up to date on everything. He came in on his day off to make sure I got it since this was a vehicle that was not being reserved for anyone, just first come first serve. A great overall experience for me!"

"Purchased a ussd gray 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE from them. Sales person that I worked with was great. Sales manager was dishonest, concealed the car I was buying had a car fax showing damage along the entire passenger side of the car until it was time to sign the Sales agreement. Then the worst experience, the finance manager, Ray. He went on and on about his personal life experiences and a hard sell pitch to buy the $2,600.00/year used car warranty. Lost count of how many timrs I told him I didn't want it. It was the worst hard sales pitch I've ever endured. What could have been completed in 20 minutes went over an hour. Overall terrible car buying experience. Worst of my life."
