"Unprofessional. Not a business that earns its clients. Has no interest in what his clients have scheduled with him. I would never use him or his company again. We scheduled an appointment for a specific time, and when it came down to it bullied me into making me think that I was in the wrong saying that I was going to be home from 12-8 so why couldn’t he just come later. I had ORIGINALLY told him I would be available from 12-8 on Tuesday. Then we made a scheduled appointment for 12pm on Tuesday. His policy never came with a disclaimer that “the schedule can change an hour before your service”. How dare you expect and assume me to keep my entire day open just so you can adjust your schedule to your own liking and not keep to a scheduled appointment. I have a confirmed text message from Christoff saying he would be at the residence at 12pm. Then he proceeds to call me unprofessional because last week I changed my number of cars from 3 to 1. I didn’t change the number of vehicles a day before or an hour before, I gave him plenty of notice and told him that we would be happy to schedule the other cars in the near future. No establishment holds you at fault for having to change your appointment with DAYS notice. They say thank you so much for letting us know, I hope you return to us/ I hope you have a great day/ how can I help in the future? That is how you EARN a client. How can you even keep in business with bullying your clients? Won’t be for long. Update to his response- I didn’t say you could come at your own leisure anytime that day. I originally told you I was available that day from that time. We made a scheduled appointment at 12pm. Which means that people schedule other things during there day. Once I told you you couldn’t come later you completely bullied me and raised YOUR voice at me on the phone. I never once cursed or threatened your business once. You are a liar and I will continue to spread the word about your pathetic treatment of clients."

"Two stars is being generous and only given since the actual work they did on the interior was good. Hired this company to do a full detail, only were able to clean the interior because equipment was broken and had no backup plan. Actually had the nerve to ask me to pay them for the full job with a promise to return (and to go to Google and leave them a positive review) - really glad I wasn’t conned into that as “Kristof” then led us on for days then weeks with promises to return but always providing excuses (broken truck, weather, etc) then just stopped responding to my family member."

"I don't know how these gentlemen do it, but they are superb! This is by far THE BEST detail service we have ever used in the past 35 years. We bought this car only a few weeks ago. We have traveled all across Canada, down through Yellowstone, and back thru to Tennessee. To say it needed a detail is an understatement. After they were finished, our car looked BETTER than it had when we picked it up from the dealer! Their attention to detail is unparalleled! We had them clean insode and out treat our leather (Japanese Nappa leather), remove 5000 miles of bugs, and shine all the chrome. The car was detailed impeccably. We highly recommend this business."
