"Response to Dr / Owner: I did call that Monday morning to reschedule / I was told it was too late to cancel bc my mother's appointment was that morning ....we were not a "no show" .... then she was billed $50 ... I wasn't going to pay it but then the threats of collections came. I took $50 out of her Social Security check to pay you. Original complaint: Initially the experience was good. My 85 year old mother who lives in Assisted Living across the street from this office was a first time customer at this dentist. I took her to her first visit during COVID and it was a good visit. After the first visit she required a follow up for additional work so we scheduled it for a Monday. Unfortunately, I became sick late on the Sunday evening before her appointment and out of precautions for my mother, her living facility, and the dental staff, I reached out to the Dentist office that Monday (day of appointment) to cancel the appointment. I went to my Dr that Monday afternoon and sure enough I had come down with COVID ... bad enough that it kept me down for 10 days and 2 trips to the ER. A few weeks later this dental office charged my mother $50 for a missed appointment! After writing to them and explaining what had happened they still proceeded to charge her the $50. My mother is on a fixed income and lives in an assisted living facility that unfortunately takes all her income so $50 is tough to come up with. I explained this as well but this dentist still proceeded with the charge. My mother has been making payments but did fall behind a few months and this dentist sent her a threatening letter in "red" ink about sending her to collections which at this point was over $35. Perhaps I should have taken her to that Monday appointment against my better judgement and just taken the chance of exposing my mother, her living facility, and the dental office to COVID. We hope to eventually get the dentist paid off since it seems the $50 is so important."

"I have been going here and seeing Dr. Wilson since I was a little girl, and I have always loved them ! Now, as an adult, I still continue to see them and even bring my 6 year old here to see them. They are all so kind, caring, and gentle. They make the experience the best it can be. They are also so patient and understanding with my son who is terrified of the dentist, and we can't thank or love them enough !"
