"I want to start off by saying I do think Dr. Jackson does a great job and is extremely skilled. He placed a crown on a back tooth that I needed when it broke after a botched filling change with another dentists office. I think he is very realistic and practical when it comes to dental health and what patients need. However, I will just provide the facts for my reasoning of changing dentists recently. When a front tooth became chipped, I went into his office for a cleaning and assessment of what needed to be done for the chipped tooth. Following x-rays, it was determined that I had very thin enamel on those two front teeth and they would need two crowns in order to provide the strength needed. But these are my two front teeth! I was in shock about the crowns needed and instead told him I'd rather have them bonded. He said by doing that I'd have to baby them, but he did agree to bond them. I decided to go to another dentist for a second opinion. The other dentist recommended bonding which I did have performed. I included a couple of pictures. Will the bonding be strong enough? Will Dr. Jackson ultimately be proven right in that these bonded teeth will ultimately fail? From my standpoint, there are dental offices that do same day crowns if I ever have to go that route, but my priority is holding on to my natural teeth as long as possible no matter how flawed they are. The jury is still out for how this ends, but for now, I'm happy with saving my newly bonded teeth."

"Very easy to rate them at 5 stars. Early appointments available, convenient for any schedule. Sam, one of their hygienists, is kind, courteous and gets you in and out. My teeth and gums can be very sensitive and she is gentle and accommodating if you communicate that with her. Big plus! From checking in to finishing up with Dr Jackson is always a great experience. "Dr. Jackson is an outstanding dentist!! I went to him for a cavity and subsequently a crown. He was very reassuring and thorough throughout the process. He is very gentle and I never had any pain. His staff is always very friendly and helpful in providing fast and accurate care. I have never had to wait for dental work, because Dr. Jackson is always on time. The hgenist’s at the office are outstanding and very kind as well. Dr. Jackson is easy to talk to and explains what he is doing as he goes along. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff for anyone looking for professional, pain free, relaxing service."
