"absolutely HORRIBLE! i was trying to get a chipped tooth fixed and when i didn’t like the end result (bc she made my front tooth slanted and shorted than the other one) she refused to do anything about it and make my teeth even. the excuse was “it will pop off again” but she had also said “it will probably always end up popping off bc it’s for looks not for functioning.” so she was telling me two separate things. i made another appointment because they said they couldn’t do anything that day (right after my appointment) bc she had more patients coming in. when i came the next day i was explaining how i did not like the way it looked and she was arguing with me the entire time because i was simply telling her i didn’t like what she did to my tooth. i guess she tooth that personal because when she agreed to just add a little more bonding to it (what i was as asking for the entire time) she then proceeded to ask my mom to leave AFTER she had already shaved my tooth and been doing stuff to it. my mom said she would just sit there quite and she proceeded to ask my mom to leave bc “we were running her office” because my mom wanted to be there bc when i went by myself they gaslit me the entire time telling me my tooth looked fine even tho it was obviously slanted and short than my other front tooth. after she said we were “running her office” i said we can just leave and we agreed that this wasn’t going to work out, and i took the cotton balls out of my mouth and the paper bib off and got up and left. she proceeded to say “id be so happy to send your records off to somewhere else.” i have NEVER felt more disrespected. the dentist is the most passive aggressive person i’ve ever met!! DO NOT GO HERE. they just lost all of my family members as customers!!!! I will add the assistant is very nice and so is my hygienist and i hope that they stop working for this terrible lady!!!"

"Giving a one star review because am unable to give less. Dr. Huggins recommends the most expensive services even when not needed! Does not stand by her work. Husband was recommended to get a gold crown. The crown came off 2 weeks after it was put on and again a second time (recently). Appt was made for a couple of days later to put crown back on. The day of appt her office called my husband regarding a balance of $100.00 owed by spouse and denied husband services. Shows it’s all about that mighty dollar and NOT the patient! Would NOT recommend this dentist! Run away and find another one, as they come a dime a dozen!!!!"

"I don't usually leave reviews, but I have never been so embarrassed and made to feel so small by a doctor's office in my life. I have been going to this dentist for years and have had dental work done by her before. I always paid my bill as soon as they made it known to me. I was supposed to have a crown done today, but when I showed up they refused to do the work unless I paid my $275 coinsurance on the spot. Yesterday they called to confirm the appointment and didn't mention payment at all, so when I realized I had left my debit card at home, I asked if I could call back with the payment later today. I even offered to put it on a credit card, but they didn't take that particular company. It's fine if you need to collect payment at the time of service, but if that's your policy, you need to tell people to bring it ahead of time instead of springing the payment on them when they arrive and then holding their dental care hostage. It was also a waste of everyone's time because now Dr. Huggins doesn't have a patient for that time slot and I will have to make yet another appointment (with someone else!) after already rescheduling my time to fit this in today. On top of that it's humiliating and unprofessional to be refused service in the waiting room where other patients can hear the entire exchange, especially since this all could've easily been avoided. I would've gladly paid ahead of time if they had just communicated better."

"Everyone there was extremely nice. First time I ever had an office waiting on me to finish paperwork to get started. Gotta say this, some of the most beautiful women I've seen work there. Definitely helps when you are mouth open in a little pain."
