"Insurance company gave me the option to bring my car to precision or to take it somewhere else. Since I knew of precision and live in the same town I figured that’s who would be best. Well I was wrong. I dropped my car off there after I had a small finder bender and all they needed to replace was my back bumper. Well #1 they gave me a rental car that needed an oil change, had a flat tire, and was GROSS. They told me that the car wasn’t detailed and I was okay with that but when I got in it, there was sticky stuff all over everything and I ended up getting sick (I was 27 weeks pregnant). #2 when they called me to tell me it was ready to be picked up, they said they were having issues keeping my car started. Okay not a big deal MY car does this about once a month so I told them exactly what to do. But of course they didn’t listen to me and told me I needed a new alternator. Me being a female, I had to get my diesel mechanic fiancé to call and talk to them. They also wouldn’t listen to him. So we had to get a rollback from manns to come get it. It in fact did NOT NEED AN ALTERNATOR. WHEN MY CAR WOULD NOT TURN OVER THEY TRIED TO JUMP IT CAUSING THE TERMINAL ON MY BATTERY TO BLOW A FUSE. Also now my brights don’t work so I guess we need to look at the other fuses to see what else their so called “mechanic” messed up and broke."

"So far this business has been awesome. I was in a hit and run back in June and I replaced the turn signal not realizing the fixture that hold the bulb in was broke until I started to replace the the turn signal housing. Stopped in there the gentleman looked at it just on prices, gave me and estimate and we are on the way to having the fixture changed and bumper resecured. all for a little over $200. keeping in mind the part itself is $130. They are very friendly, very clean ."

"I recommended this auto body shop to my girlfriend to get her car fixed and wow what a joke. It started off great with Tony being very understanding and had excellent customer service but as time went on it got dragged out. Insurance and Precision Auto Body played the blame game about who’s at fault and why it’s taking so long. We finally came to pick up the car .They were very skeptical about us driving it and checking it out. Lisa wasnt understanding why we would want to drive it or look at it.It seemed like she just wanted us to pay and get on. We didn’t feel welcomed at all.The car had a couple things that needed attention. First the car was never alligned after an impact wreck to a deer. Next the paint lines were very rough ( I could see the original color of the aftermarket bumper and the lines weren’t smooth) and they told me it would cost over $2000 to fix it lol. The spacing and fitment was an issue along with paint chipping under the hood where the damage happened and left over painters tape. I also noticed the tires were low on air and Tony had someone take care of that immediately. When I asked about these issues they blamed insurance for the shotty work. Lisa was very rude when I addressed the issues and wouldn’t give me a chance to speak without interrupting me multiple times telling me that I was wrong. I was very straight forward,kind and honest because I understand what it’s like to work in a shop. They kept telling me they weren’t touching the car until insurance approves the work they already approved them to do. It seemed like they didn’t wanna deal with the issues because they would have to re do some work properly to have the car to standard. They blamed everyone else and kept putting it off. I never leave bad reviews and always review places that offer great work and service. Unfortunately, Precision Auto Body isn’t one. Thank you Tony for being understanding and having fair customer service! No Thanks to you Lisa as you were very rude and unpleasant speak with."
