"I am normally terrified of going to the dentist but when I woke up in excruciating pain because of a broken tooth, I had to go that day. I searched online until I found Dove Family Dentistry and they graciously fit me in. I had a bit of a wait but I understood because other people had appointments first. But when I was taken to the back, I had such a great experience. The staff was great and Dr. Dove was so kind. He could see I was scared so he took extra care to be gentle. Next thing I knew, that tooth was out. And it was affordable. His office is a long way for me to drive but it’s worth the trip."

"I did not receive any service. Their scheduling is horrible. I waited over an hour for a 10am appointment. There were people sitting there when I left, who were there waiting when I walked in. So if I had been waiting over an hour, they had been waiting even longer for an earlier appointment. I’ve rescheduled at the Bartlett location, if the scheduling is the same I just won’t be using their services. No one should be warning 1,2,3 hours to be seen for dental care. This also shows you how much they care bout their patients. No dentist/doctor would schedule their patients that way, if they care."
