I got connected with Scott at Jim’s and he is the sweetest, most kind and polite person! He got me out and saved the day. "After calling jims, jerry arrived about an hour later very friendly because of single digit weather the pto would not work because the hydraulic viscosity would not let pto to work jerry was determined and after performing a few tasks resetting system was able to get the pto to perform. I was not pressed for time. Jerry was able to get my truck back at my covington home so I could remove diesel filter and install new one plus add more anti gel to my fuel tank. "Jim's Auto Body Shop is an absolute lifesaver. I got my 20ft U-Haul and auto transport stuck in mud in a ditch and waited two hours for the wrecker from Memphis that U-Haul supposedly dispatched. They never showed, but Jim's came to my rescue within 10 minutes of my call and Danny was delightful. I really appreciate y'all!"
