"All though I had researched the unnecessary fees that carlot attach to jack up the price of the car like over $700 for document fees which goes to the back office for doing nothing our sales person Tim was great. I suggest to anyone before you go to a car like look up what document fees and nontaxable fees stand for, they really depend on you, not knowing what these things mean. in Tennessee there’s no regulation on these outlandish fees that the lights tag on to the purchase of a car. "Issues with the start and stop. Front bumper had a divot in it when I bought it they were supposed to fix. It also had a scratch on the driver side mirror that they said they’d buff out, they didn’t. Windshield wiper on the driver side was not right when I bought the car and they were supposed to fix it. When I got the car back the windshield wiper flew off the car on the way to work in the pouring rain at 70 miles and Hour to work drove the rest of the way and back without my windshield wiper. The car kept overheating. They couldn’t find what was wrong so they decided to replace the engine. Picked up the car and the engine dropped. Had to get it towed back to the dealer they didn’t tighten down the engine mounts. I have the vehicle back and it’s been driving well but the small things are still wrong. I bought a new windshield wiper which was expensive because it’s a special wiper. Drew and Gary were the only ones to help me and at least get me the car back and drivable. Courtney made sure my loaner vehicle was always in good standing for the three months I didn’t have my car"
