"I’m so incredibly disappointed in this company, I have loved going there, and have loved the dental hygienists. Today I accidentally over slept and rushed over there and was 11 minutes late. We talked on the phone and I said I was rushing over. The receptionist would not allow me to check in because I can’t be over 10 minutes late. They now want to charge me $75 for a missed appointment. How disgusting to not give somebody some grace. I have never been late, and go 4 times a year and pay for 2. Been going for 2 years. Needless to say I’m looking for a new dentist!"

"I didn't even have an appointment with them. I just walked in when they opened, really expecting to be told I needed to make an appointment, or even having a long wait, which i would understand. But they took me anyway within a few minutes.. the staff was absolutely wonderful! Took the time to explain things, they were so inviting. If you got a fear or had a bad experience with other dentists, I would recommend them..They didn't rush and answered all my questions.. Made sure I was comfortable as could be the whole time. I already made my next appointment. Thank you again for being so accommodating!"
