"I took a visit to this store sunday night, drove 40 mins to get there! Me and my children arrived around 6, no one was in there but us! Once we stepped into the store there was no greetings at ALL! The people who worked there was not at ALL friendly! I felt very unwelcome as I shopped as if we were not suppose to be there. There was a young blonde lady who was very nice when I asked to see something she was putting up and one other girl who seemed decent when I asked for my 6 yr old to use their restroom but as we came back out I asked a girl if I needed to lock the bathroom back, she looked at me and did not say a WORD! I like this store because of the huge selection but I do feel it is somewhat over priced for some of their baby items! Also the cashier seemed to be very rushy for us to pay and leave! I understand people want to go home BUT what happened to having decent customer service! I can say overall the experience shopping there makes me not want to ever return! It was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable to shop! Sadly!"

"Years ago, I worked here when it was owned and run by the Ezell family. I enjoyed working for them and really felt like we gave good quotes for buys and pricing merchandise throughout the store was fair, plus there was always plenty to choose from even in boys. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I felt responsible in sharing my recent experience as someone who has worked in this very store. This past week, my husband dropped off a laundry basket of our new baby girl’s old clothes plus an $85 kids’ Marvel suitcase. Knowing how this industry runs and not having had much issue with selling since the new owners took over, I was confident in the selection and condition of what we were selling. More than half of the outfits she never got to wear due to us having been sick for 3 weeks and the suitcase was only 2 years old (we only used it for vacations). When I picked up, I was disappointed that out of the approx $400-500 worth of almost new clothing plus the suitcase, they only offered me $33 in total. At the time, I couldn’t remember the price of the suitcase and had left my phone in my car with my 10yr old. They were a bit slow and I was in a rush to just get in and out, so I didn’t argue about the amount and just accepted, grabbed what was leftover, and went home. When I got home, I looked up having much we paid for the suitcase and was SHOCKED that we didn’t receive more. I honestly feel SCAMMED. I’m so incredibly upset as we should have been able to get AT LEAST $20-30 for it alone. And then I’m looking through the leftover clothing and shocked with what was passed on. New clothes, new worn, everything in perfect condition. And besides that, everything was just thrown back into the basket without care. The outfits weren’t put together, nothing was folded, everything was now wrinkled and the basket was broken when it wasn’t before I dropped it off. The previous owners would have NEVER allowed a customer’s items to be so mishandled and uncared for. I really think from now on, I’ll just make the trek to Franklin’s OUAC and sell there instead. I’m so disappointed with this entire experience."

"This is the worst Once Upon A Child I’ve been to. The staff was rude and could care less to even acknowledge we were in there. I was impressed by the large selection when I walked in but it’s just a bunch of faded, torn and stained clothing. They should consider quality over quantity. $5.50 for ripped Walmart pajamas? Save the time and effort by visiting the one in Cool Springs. Way better atmosphere, selection and prices."

"Honestly not a great experience at this location. Very poor selection of strollers, high chairs, bassinets, etc. LOTS of clothes. Probably the reason they don’t have a lot of “baby equipment” is they won’t accept it after 4:00. Crazy. OH! And no public restroom… in a kids/mom store. That’s lame. Just go ahead and drive to the Franklin location. WAAAY better selection."

"Excellent place to buy gently used baby clothes/items/toys. I was honestly blown away at how much quality stuff they had and their prices are very reasonable. Our little one loves sleeping in a Sleep Sack which costs roughly $26 on Amazon. We just bought one here for $3.50 and it's in excellent condition. We signed up for their members program which gives you 1 free item a month. We got a pair of shoes for free. I'm very pleased with this place."
