"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My boyfriend & I drove 1.5 hours to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze. During the test drive, we noticed some things weren’t right & we decided to take the car to a mechanic to have him look it over & warn us of any issues with the car. There were multiple problems with the car including a broken coolant fan which was causing the engine to overheat. When we returned to Eastend, the owner and his employee Earl decided to argue with us that these problems were supposedly fixed & didn’t even have enough common courtesy to wait to eat their lunch until they were done dealing with their potential customers. After agreeing to take the car back to the mechanic that supposedly “fixed” the problems before we arrived (another 25 minutes away), the owner had the audacity to assume we were going to drive one of their other cars back to the dealership for them from the mechanic so that they wouldn’t have to do it. Extremely unprofessional. The mechanic said that the fan would take about 1-2 hours to fix. We were already frustrated at this point but we sat and waited. After about an hour, Earl informed us that the car wouldn’t be fixed until WEDNESDAY & we would have to drive 1.5 hours home only to return a few days later to retrieve the car that was supposed to be done that day. 50 minutes into our drive home, the owner texts my boyfriend & says “The car is ready, do you want it”. When asked if the problems we mentioned were resolved, the owner said that the mechanic put an old coolant fan from another car into the Chevy Cruze and despite our request to have it fixed, the trunk still would not open. Overall a waste of time and money & the car ended up being garbage anyway."
