"Went there in person and told them what I needed, a belt. Even supplied the serial number. They ordered it and I returned a couple of days later and picked it up. Got home and it's the wrong belt, too short. Called them. They ordered another belt. Told me to pick it up Saturday, labor day weekend. Drove there Saturday and they were closed. Went back Tuesday. Picked up belt and was charged an additional $30. Told them about being told to pick up Saturday and they were closed. No response, not even a sorry.. got home and it's again the wrong belt and 1 inch shorter than the 1st belt. I live 18 miles from this place. I drove a total of 108 miles between all the trips there and back. I went to the Brownsville location. Great service there. They refunded me $30. Gave me another belt. Got home and it's the correct belt. I will never go back to the Somerville location nor recommend it."

Big Herb The Destroyer:

"Big Herb drove here today from Mississippi to check out the location. It was a nice experience. Store showroom looked great. People were friendly. As a 22 year Deere master tech, I was impressed. The shop was clean and organized. Cool to see hay equipment and cotton pickers on the same lot. If I ever decided to get back in the game, I'd definitely apply here!"
