"Everything I've had so far has had a good flavor. Saying that, both cakes and the cupcakes have been dry on occasions. The frosting is on the hard side on the cupcakes, better on the cakes. I requested Happy Birthday with a name. The name was not written, just Happy Birthday which was generic and embarrassing. The teenage employees seemed preoccupied, were talking with each other, and I felt rushed. When I called I was told to just come in to get a strawberry cake from the case. They were not able to put any kind of flower when asked. There were not other customers in the store at the time, so no excuse for any of the issues mentioned."
"I purchased 3 cookies I did not need because I am trying to cut back on the sweets. I got a lemon crisp, oatmeal raisin, and snickerdoodle cookie. ALL THE COOKIES WERE DELICIOUS!! There are not many places that sell cookies that give a homemade taste. I live in Birmingham, AL. I will see to ordering more to be delivered to me. I love this place."
"I bought a German chocolate cake from this location and the cake had only 2 layers which had been sliced to make it appear like 4. and tastes like devil food cake with coconut frosting. I have purchased German chocolate cakes from the poplar location and they are entirely different. I have saved this cake to take back when they open on tuesday because this was horrible to have to try and serve for the holidays. The cake I received was made at somebody's kitchen and put out to sell. Horrible Note: the previous German chocolate cakes had three layers and tasted better. This is the worst cake ever."
"I ordered my daughters 2nd birthday cake and smash cake from here. The cake was absolutely beautiful, however it was a bit dry. I am fan of Frost bake shop's Key lime mini and the double stuffed oatmeal raisin cookies. My daughter lovers their Caramel cupcakes, Confetti cupcakes, Oreo cupcakes, and their butter bars. Overall they are really good."
