"I called the store to check on an application and the person on the phone called me annoying and hanged up in my face very rude people here. Definitely won’t shop here."

"While shopping there was a hat out of reach, when i turned and asked the Lids employee if i could see a hat she immediately got an attitude. Was asking questions about a few hats and still an attitude. So i continued shopping looking to buy a few hats and i could hear them talking amongst each other saying he must be colored blind. Whlie checking out they never said a word just the price. While leaving one of the ladies said " see that's how I'm going to start being"."

"Worst shopping experience that I have ever had. I usually don't comment, but the Lids at Wolfchase is terrible. They spend more time talking to each and looking at the female customers than servicing that clients. I was never asked if I needed help and the guy who checked me out, never said a word to me. He handed me my bag and continued his conversation with his fellow employees. It was so bad that I started to ask for a refund. I simply will never shop there again."

"The hats are too expensive, but they are nice. I bought two of them. While at the register another customer was getting waited on. They were asked did they want to sign up to get discounts towards their next purchase. I asked the cashier why didn't you ask me did I want that? He said most people say no, so I didn't ask. That's not good customer service. You don't know what I want unless you ask me. Poor customer service, very poor."
