"What a perfect spot. There's nothing better than books x coffee. The atmosphere is so cozy, with adorable decor and amazing books. The shop is small but they had even more titles than I expected! The coffee was also delicious and staff was super friendly. The other customers were too! I'll definitely be returning."

"Super cute shop! They offer some locally made gifts in addition to the books. I ordered a latte and have no complaints about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with it being my first time there. I will be back!"

"The cutest coffee/book store around. I love the vibes and mismatched furniture. We got two hot chocolates and they were delicious. There are a few tables if you need to get some work done. They have an amazing selection of books and drinks. Honestly, I would come here all the time if I had the time. Definitely good for a date night or friend/reading hang out."

"Ok, so I have to change my review. And just so you know, I love this magical witchy fantasy land. The problem is, they took away the outlets. It seems they moved things around recently and the outlets outside of the rooms are all gone. I was coming to this place as my escape. My work away from the house. My safe haven with calm and peace and cozy - and the ability to get some work done. Because I would stay for a while, I would also end up having more coffees and tasty treats - still as tasty as ever, btw. Don't get me wrong, it's still the coziest bookstore or coffee shop in Knoxville (with tasty treats from local makers and delicious coffee and tea) - but without outlets it can't be my cozy hideaway anymore. I asked about them, but it seemed like nobody I spoke to really cared. That makes me sad... So still go for the coffee and treats and books, just don't go thinking you can bring your laptop and do any work. For that it seems, I have to keep looking for a new home. .... Just walking in with all the Autumn spices filling the air, add in the shelves lined with fantasy, mystery, and mystical romance and you have this perfect precious place. I come here to work when I need some space and a cup of s'mores spiced chai. They also have book clubs, events, gamers and more. It's a sweet spot with locally made sweet treats that pair perfectly with your choice of caffeinated concoction whether coffee or tea related."
