"While taking a trip from Indianapolis to Nashville Tennessee i some how ran over a box of nails. Bowen tire was the only shop in the Franklin area that offered me a good solution to my tire need. As soon as i had my car dropped they immediately worked on it and got me a a new tire. I was literally back on the road in like 20 mins. All the staff was very nice and helpful. I appreciate yall!"
"We were on a ten hour road trip where our ABS turned off. We went to another mechanic shop in the area and they were everything BUT helpful. We than drove down the road to Bowens where they immediately took our car into the shop and started to get to work. Diagnosing the problem very fast and getting to work. They were calming the nerves of us and answering all of our absurd questions. The front desk to the mechanics were extremely helpful, happy, and excited to get to work. Coming from IL if you are ever in this area and have car troubles I highly suggest stopping here. Thanks for the service guys!"
