Ruby Tuesday

"UPDATE!!!!!! EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY IS VERY SICK! STAY TF AWAY! PUBLIC HEALTH DANGER! I worked at this location 23 years ago, and boy has it changed. Salad bar is half its old size and not monitored like it used to be. The bar is one step above gross. Less than a quarter as busy as it used to be, but the service is slow and goofy at best. I knew from the smell as I walked in, it was a mistake to eat there, it smelled old and moldy. Son ordered a burger, and the bread was old and hard as a rock. The meat tasted off in some odd way. No more than 2 bites taken. My wife and I ordered the fish and chips and could not eat the fish, texture was nasty, and the flavor was more than off. Side note, my dog would not eat the leftovers. We asked for a box and told the server food was not good. She said she'd bring us 3 boxes. We said no thanks, just one for the dog, we can't eat this it is nasty. She looked shocked, brought 3 anyway, product cost obviously was not a comcern, and then treated us like we were spreading covid to babies. That says something. Look, the day when you were good is gone, and you need to close. I promise this is the worst restaurant in ALL of Tennessee if not the world. Stay way I promise you run high risk of being sick!!!!"

"The salad bar was great. All other foods were not. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, but got these tiny previously frozen looking discs(these were returned and taken off the bill). The steak quesadillas came with old lettuce, and without the pico or guacamole advertised. The cajun chicken pasta was dry and very small portioned. The crispy shrimp platter was prefrozen shrimp that tasted frostbitten and look like the ones purchased in the freezer section at the grocery store. All in all, the salad bar was the only decent part of our visit. Prices for each: Steak quesadillas 12.99, cajun chicken pasta 13.99, Crispy shrimp platter 16.49, stuffed mushrooms 10.99, salad bar 12.49."

"Def a good experience. Marie?? who was my bartender was cool. Food was ok...steak wasn't the greatest but the Cajun butter was amazing! Zucchini was good as well and baked potato was good. LIT was the drink and it was super good. She recommended it so I went ahead with it. Didn't disappoint. I'd go back the next time I'm in the area."

"On Sunday afternoon my husband and I decided to go to Ruby Tuesday for a late lunch together as a date time since all the children were at a church function. Anyway, we had a wonderful time. Kayla was an excellent waitress. My husband ordered the Colossal Burger which is no longer on the menu, but Kayla and whomever the cook was were able to make it to perfection. We decided to split it and the fries and add a side of Onion Rings as well as a salad bar for each of us. All of the food was amazing! The service was exceptional too. Nice, quiet atmosphere and we could hear each other talking which was great. Thank you, Kayla for taking such good care of us!"

"All around great dining experience. We were seated promptly and had drinks soon after. Our order was prepared quickly and the food was very good! Our server Brenda was very nice and maintained a great attitude even though the restaurant was obviously understaffed. The cheeseburger was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My wife's chicken sandwich was excellent. Well done Ruby's!"
