"Not only did the dasher miss half my order but they delivered I said it was wrong, they offered to go back and fix it. Perfect. Literally came back with the same bag that had 2 soft tacos and fries, when I ordered a deluxe box as well and 2 drinks. The bring the same bag and the drinks this time but not the other meal. The girl was so upset cause the works slammed the window on them when they tried to correct it. Now it's 12:30am and all I wanted to do was eat my dinner after a 14 hour work day to not eating cause I didn't get my meal. Thankfully I'm too tired to eat now. Considering my order literally took 45 to get to me."
"It’s rare I leave reviews but this place is absolutely poorly ran. The MANAGER gets snappy and gets a nasty attitude with me because THEY got my order wrong. When I pulled around to the window a car drove up to them and handed them a bag, when they directed the car to pull forward I pulled up to the window and they told me “well that car had your food” they then proceeded to hand the food that was just previously handed to them from a different car to me!! I of course declined to accept it and asked for it to be remade, not only because it had been in the previous car, but because I touched the other cars food reaching into the bag! I told them they would probably need to remake both of our orders because that’s disgusting. They got an attitude with me and handed me a half the potion of what i ordered. They had the nerve to make my order half the portion! Why would you play with a persons food like this! I am disgusted. To make matters worse he blatantly offered me a refund to get me out of his face."
"The two gentlemen at the window today (2/4/23 @ about 1:45) were very nice. They made my drive-through experience pleasant, which is rare these days. I hope their manager gives them a bonus."
"2nd visit different location to try an oldie but good brought back by Taco Bell. The Mexican pizza was fresh, crunchy and very tasty. A friendly staff made the wait go by pretty fast. Welcome back Mexican Pizza, you were missed!! :)"
"Paid $26 for soggy food. The nachos were package like this. But yet fast food workers want more money but yet send food out like this. Called numerous times (6 ) to be exact no answer!!! Who does this ? Where was the manager?"
