"At this point, I have to assume the workers are illiterate and can’t read a ticket. The last several times I’ve been there, my food order has been wrong. Not wrong in, “they forgot to add pickles.” Wrong as in “whose order is this?” Once, while dining in the restaurant, they forgot the order all together….of everyone in the restaurant! With the cost of fast food these day, this BK had become a waste of money"
"Everytime i come its the same slow employees. Last time i came they gave me raw nuggets and my kids ate one. Everytime they forget stuff or just not paying attention. Come on."
"Went in on 7/30. Around 4:30pm. Didn't look busy only 3 of us at the drive through. I ordered and sat in line for 25 mins for mozzarella sticks and a kids nugget meal. Drove off without my food because I couldn't wait any longer. Service was not good and I can't rate food because I didn't get it. Went next door instead and was in and out."
"Did Mobile order and was pretty easy to order and pickup from location. Wasn’t busy. Will state food was fresh (looks nothing as promoted) and staff was okay, not welcoming."
"Ordered online when I got there they told me they didn't have half my order. My cheeseburger was cold and had no cheese on it. They didn't even bother to check the food. The lady at window was rude and ignored most of what I asked. This is the chicken nuggets that was with the meal. Hard cold inedible. I get it it's fast food but you have to have some kind of quality control!!"
