"Brought my vehicle in for tire patching and they were honest with what they found and included pictures! Also, long story short, I called to see if I could pick it up the next day and the guy told me yeah and I received a random phone call asking if I was coming in to get the jeep and the fact they go out of the way to make sure someone’s coming in is great. "I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and decided to give AutomotiveRX a shot. I was more than pleased with the service I received. I was able to schedule an oil change online for the next morning, and the booking process was simple. Justin, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was recently renovated and offered refreshments while I waited. I think I was only there for 40 minutes in total, which was exceptionally fast compared to my experience at other shops. Once finished, a tech came out to inform me of an anomaly on my truck and what I can expect (I knew this already but it was nice to see their attention to detail). They also ran a free inspection of my vehicle with photo evidence of the inspection so I knew all their feedback was honest. They told me everything was in great condition and they didn’t try to upsell me (which is rare nowadays). Certainly will be taking all my business here in the future and will be recommending AutomotiveRX to my friends."
