"Unfortunately, majority of the time I've tried to order from this location, they are always out of product. They always seem to have new employees working who are new to customer service (not rude, just uncomfortable). The last 3 times I've tried in the past 2 months, I've had to leave without any food or drinks because they don't have anything and when I ask for a refund, I have to follow up with the app or company website instead. I'm typically there in the mornings, so it seems like they're out entirely vs have run out. I wish they'd at least update the app that I can't order anything and that they'd refund the money that I've paid. It's extremely frustrating."
"They should honestly just shut this location down… drive thru takes at least 15 minutes or more every time no matter how many people. Customer Service is usually awful like they have an attitude or generally never know what’s going on. Always out of everything food related, especially if it’s a new item they probably won’t have it. Came at 11 am and they we’re already out of so many donuts. This is a consistent problem, i feel like closing down for some training days and restaffing would do them some good."
"I ordered today 2 large cappuccino blast and they were so bad that we had to throw them both away. They tasted like they were sour. I kept calling so that whoever made them would not make anymore because they were so bad. But, to no avail nobody would answer the phone."
"I have never been a coffee drinker. I usually get my caffeine from energy drinks or like a 5-hour energy. However, on a small road trip, I decided to try one with my wife, and I've been drinking maybe 5-6 per week since. I get the Ice Caramel Craze with 4 liquid came sugars, and let me let you know. It is BUSSIN!! I literally can't speak for anything else on the menu, but if you are not a regular coffee drinker, then 1000000% give this one a try. Maybe in the future, I'll branch off and try some other flavors, but for now, I'm good with this one. Plus, I figure the coffee had to be better for me overall when compared to those high fructose corn syrup energy drinks!!"
