"Delivery driver was very unprofessional and drove through my neighborhood going speeds over 60 mph putting other. Neighbors at risk. When he was asked by my daughter to place the pizza on the swing right by the door he refused and walked to the furthest place on the front porch to place to food. I have always ordered here and have never NOT had a driver follow ordering instructions or place the food closest to the door. When I called to complain the manager said she was blocking me and I would never be able to order from that store again. Extremely unprofessional. I hope no one got hurt when he left my neighborhood at excessive speeds since we have a lot of walkers In the evening."

"Great service today! Matthew provided great customer service over the phone. And even though this Team has been slammed this week during Spring Break, they knocked it out of the park tonight. I placed my order online and called to verify the wait time for delivery. My food arrived earlier than expected and was hot and delicious. Pizza Crust was slightly burned. Delivery man was very respectful and followed Papa John's delivery policies. Keep up the Good Work Papa John's Crew. #hamandpineappleFTW"
