"Happened on 7/11/2023. Got hassled by like 4 different employees. I’m pretty sure they thought I was trynna shoplift? I ended up only buying 2 things as I felt very uncomfortable and felt like every move I made was being watched. Stop accusing innocent people of shoplifting (at least make your loss prevention tactics less obvious) I probably won’t be back to this store that was an awful experience :("
"Even though associates at this store are super friendly and welcoming I always get hassled about my returns. I always have my receipt/order number and tags attached. One manager said she could not do my online return as it was past 90 days (it was right at the 90 days) and she could only give me the current selling price. AE/Aerie doesn't have a time limit on returns as per policy. She did not want to make things right."
"Wonderful experience!!! Thew two black girls at the registers and the other two girls in the fitting rooms were amazing!!!! They were super sweet, genuine, and had AMAZING vibes!! They made shopping here a pleasure! :)"
