"So very much helpful. Traveling through got stuck in a traffic jam for an hour decided to get off and eat because we can get to the exit and waited out and everybody we came in contact with was so super friendly and helpful food was as usual but there was a star inside of the Stars. The lady that was checking us out was super friendly and helpful and told me how to get around all of the mess up and to keep me from getting lost."
"Our family has enjoyed eating together at Cracker Barrel until recently. The last two times we went to Brentwood Cracker Barrel the food and service was not good. On our last trip we ordered and waited for 40 minutes and still had not gotten our food. They said it should be ready in about 10 more minutes. We left. On the previous visit our food was not good because it was served cold. We don’t plan to go there anytime soon. Disappointed!!"
"Overall we enjoyed our breakfast. Our server was attentive, cheerful and polite. The gravy for the biscuits was disappointing, watery and tasteless. I remember much heartier gravy at Cracker Barrel. Attention to detail is important to us. The oil lamps on tables add to the character of Cracker Barrel, they should be maintained and operable."
"Always have the best dining experience at any Cracker Barrel, and the Brentwood restaurant was no different. We walked in around noon on a Sunday and had a 20 minute wait. That was perfect since it gave my wife and I time to check out the store area. So many fun and unique it's for purchase. We sat down to eat and were greeted right away. Food took maybe 10 minutes to arrive and it was great. I had the Momma's French Toast platter. The side of biscuits with butter and jelly was the best! Thanks Cracker Barrel for always providing excellent customer service and great food!"
"Food wasn't done, my daughter and I both got the same meal with biscuits and gravy and we only got 1 of them. Eggs way undercooked, pink sausage, doughy biscuit and no one checked on us just brought our food and our check (which wasn't really a big deal) but I guess other guests weren't happy with the service because as I was coming in we overheard a server say that a man wanted to talk to the manager because he was never attended to and only got 2 cup of coffee and they never came back to get him more or get a food order. They didn't seem understaffed, there were almost as many workers as patrons so I'm not sure what the issue was that morning."
