"I had a great experience with Tire Discounters today that I'd like to share. I recently purchased a large SUV and only a few days later my wife discovered a large screw protruding from the front tire. I took it in to Tire Discounters today prepared to shell out $300+ for a new tire. When I shared the situation with their front clerk she informed me they offer free repairs but couldn't guarantee this one was repairable due to the size of the hole. HOWEVER, they were able to get it repaired and charged me nothing. Which demonstrates their trustworthiness to me and their desire to earn people's business. Highly recommended!"

"Been an exclusive customer of Tire Discounters for almost 10 years because they always gave great service. Well I can't say that anymore. I called and asked about getting tires for my car. The lady quoted $600, and was fine with that. I also knew I'd have to wait a little bit due to the tires being sent for. But when I got to the store they said the person quoted me the wrong tire, that I'd have to pay $750, and they'd have to send for them again. This happened to me once before and that Tire Discounter kept the original quote since they made the mistake, but no if I wanted tires I was stuck paying the higher price (they already had me pay a 50% down-payment for the first quote before they'd order anything or I would've walked away). Sadly this was the only store that had my tires "available". Like I said, I knew I'd wait a little bit, but I was at that store for just shy of 6 hours! I was there so long the same employee greeted me multiple time cause he forgot I had been there. And when everything was finally said and done, they left the rims of my car blackened (didn't wipe the grime that they got on there off) and didn't even place the air caps on my new $750 tires. Will definitely not be going back, and they have probably ruined me on trying another tire discounter again."
