"Tried to call in an order. Was placed on hold. After 5 minutes I hung up and called again. Was placed on hold again. Showed up at the restaurant and was still on hold after 13 minutes. I asked if they just placed me on hold to get the phone to quit ringing? The kid at the counter admitted that yeah, that was probably the case. At least he was honest about it."
"Couldn’t even eat it! I had to pull sandwich apart before biting into it and what do I see? Specs of hair! I notice when I walked in the employee was messing around in her blonde hair. I thought she was a customer until she went around behind the counter. She didn’t wash her hands or nothing! She put on gloves and started to make sandwiches. She had on a pink long-sleeve shirt. Filthy, very unpleasant! No uniform or nothing! This was very disturbing, I should’ve known better but I was hungry and still wasn’t able to eat. Where’s the manager? I didn’t get the lady name but she has a even cut short hairstyle, blonde, and on the plus size."
