"A Vietnamese eatery/ bakery. It’s a cafe style casual place. I got a banh mi ( B2) with some grilled pork in it. The banh mi was fresh and good. The baguette was good, and the pickled vegetables, roasted pork everything was fresh. The sandwich overall was good, although they don’t serve it with any side! It was okay for me, however the meal may not be filling for a big guy. I got a refreshing boba tea ( fruit based) which was super cool. It’s ideal for the summer time. To finish off, we got a lavender blueberry macaroon. Everything was good. They have other cakes, buns, breads and pastries available on counter - worth trying."
"Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the pork sandwich and shredded chicken sandwich. Both were delicious! The cheesecake deserts look amazing!! Short Fire Protection takes care of their extinguisher inspections, so you know you will be safe if there were ever a fire. The Pho soup should be available in a couple weeks. Highly recommend that you give them a try."
"Very nice place, well decorated and clean. We had their pateso and bánh mì. Their special B1 was out at the time so we had B2, grilled pork and B8, vegetarian. They all were good. We were very surprised and glad finally we have somewhere to go for Bánh Mì in Memphis. The reason I took off 2 stars was because the meat was cold and the Bánh Mì. Please warm it up completely so it could be better. And the wait was ridiculous, took 40min for two sandwiches."
"Such a cool addition to Collierville! We tried the grilled pork bahn mi, half and half hot cheetos Korean corn dog, half and half potato Korean corn dog, and the crème brûlée milk tea with tapioca! The bahn mi had super fresh veg and the pickled onions were so good! The corn dogs came piping hot and were also very good. The milk tea was one of their signature flavors, and I was shocked at how amazing it was! I've never had milk tea and it was delicious. We're excited to go back and try the pho when they start serving it! The service was fast and we were checked on a couple times to make sure everything was good. Definitely give Paris Bahn Mi a try!"
"Ordered the Taro Milk Tea with boba and it was delicious! The bahn mi are fantastic with the baguettes baked right there! Lots of pastry options and can’t wait to go back to try the Korean corn dogs! Friendly staff too!"
