"I am very frustrated with the ordering process. I tried ordering online but it said pizza wouldn't be ready till after 12 when ordering at 10:30 am. Then I called the number provided and its some customer service and it took over 10 minutes and the lady kept saying she had to confirm my order price etc and continued to place me on hold each time so I decided against ordering. Should be able to talk to an actual person at Nolensville. I've liked the pizza in the past when I could talk to an actual person at the Nolensville store."

"Buyer beware, they use a third party delivery service “doordash” that has little to no accountability. We ordered delivery, an hour later we are handed two wrong pies. Was issued a refund. Returning to Jets as they employ their own drivers. Was trying Papa John’s out but no thanks!"

"I’m not one to typically write reviews, but this is the second awful experience at this location in the past month. We ended up having to cancel our order after waiting over 1.5 hours and getting the run around on the phone. The manager told me they “handed our pizzas over to DoorDash” with no tracking number or contact information. The order never showed. I had to call Amex to cancel the charges."

"Ordered pizza several months ago. It was left on our doorstep with no doorbell ring, knock, or text. Pizza was cold by the time we found it. OK, fine, called to let them know manager said they had trouble with 3rd party drivers. I get it. They offered a free replacement next time. Great, no problem. So a few weeks later we decided to take them up on the free pizza and add a couple of sides. We called and let them know we had a free pizza and was informed that they were out of the primary topping for this specific specialty pizza. OK, fine I said, just give us a different pizza. Employee said he couldn't do that so, asked to speak with the manager. Manager refused to get on the phone, and told the employee we could either get the specialty pizza without the primary topping or call another time. I mean really? At this point I just asked for my money back on the original order, and won't bother ordering again. Nice way to lose a customer and a sale by being obstinate. Maybe invest in some customer service training?"
