"I am from St. Louis and just got back from a cruise in New Orleans and always stop in tunica to go to rainbow since I dont have one close to me back at home. I was excited as it said my arrival would be 445 and according to google it says the store closed at 6 on sundays. To my surprise I arrived and went to open the door to the store and it was locked. I did however notice the store hours posted on the window was till 5. I looked at my watch and it was 445. I was so upset as I spend a lot in that store when I’m in town.... I am an impulse shopper and I could have been in and out by the time the store closed at 5.... rainbow just lost a huge sale... and a customer. Very disappointed"
"The clothes are pretty cute. The staff were very rude. My sister and I came in around 3:30 on Saturday the 13th they acted like we were bothering them to try on clothes. They had to get a shirt down, so my sister gave the extra one to them and the girl said where did you get it ,like why didn't you put it back. If we didn't like the clothes so well we probably would have just walked out and left them. In all fairness out of the three working one was considerate and helpful. Come on people God made us all the same whether you think so or not."
