"I ordered a 20-pc seasoned, not fried hard, but instead, i got fried hard wings."
"It’s common knowledge the customer service is bad. It is true. Some of the individuals are very rude. It’s obvious some are there just for a check. Usually the food is decent but on this occasion (and the first order of the last shift) the food was clearly just thrown together carelessly."

"Terrible. Out of all the times Ive been there they have never asked for the pin code for my card. We heard them behind the window saying oh oh. So when girl in the red shirt with the fake louie vuitton scarf on her head handed us the drinks knowing that the cup was busted at the bottom. Which leaked through the cup holder and in to the console of the car. My husband went back to let them know for them and to give him another drink. The 2 workers started to verbally abuse him. Telling him that there was no manager or corporate number. We came to this location several times and tried to give them mulitple tries. From them not having everthing on the menu to forgetting items in our order. I promise you that they don't gotta worry about me coming back. This has been the last straw."
"It is 10:42 pm on 03/12/2023 Sunday,there are three men inside cooking people food. They are only cooking with one glove on and touching people food with their bare hands. I stood outside the window, looking at the menu, and I realize that one of the man is picking up things off of the floor and put it into the trashcan. He did not change his gloves or anything of that nature, I am cool with ordering food from this location and I wish the other customers the best."
