"Worst service I've ever had. These people are actively antagonistic towards customer, not just rude. It's not even that you feel unwelcome, you feel threatened."
"No one takes drive thru orders. When u go to the window they won't take your order. The manager is very rude. This is the second time yhis has happened. I don't know how they do any business. Will not waste my time at location again."
"So I order a 5chz Krystal's with chili cheese fries, the employee hands me a bag with regular fries, I reiterate the combo number she goes "you have to ask for chili cheese fries" I say but thats the combo! She goes its either or, if I wanted regular fries I would've ordered a #1 or pick5 she's staring at me like how dare I expect what I ordered, no sense of allow me to correct this it was this what you got. So I paid $10 for Krystal's and fries."
"What time does this business open? Went up there at 6:15 closed,went back at 7:30 closed ,this location has to be losing money. I love Krystal food,but it's hard to get any at this location"
"We were told that there was a 30 minute or more wait for Krystal’s through the drive through. How??????? There has never been hardly any service and numerous times it has been closed day and night. We left when we were told there was a 30 minute or MORE wait. Something needs to be done."
