"As a frequent visitor of this casino, this Starbucks staff is the WORST. The staff is beyond rude, unprofessional, and just has zero customer service whatsoever. One younger girl that was refilling syrups and sauces was the sweetest and always is-bc she barely says a word. The heavyset black woman is just outright rude and has the nastiest attitude ever. The other black woman-you can at least have a conversation with her, but she’s not the most polite either. If you don’t want to talk to people and interact with customers, then you probably shouldn’t be working at a Starbucks of all places. I always use my Starbucks app to scan to pay for my orders and apparently “this location” doesn’t use points (and i swear they overcharge every single time). My matcha tea latte had clumps of matcha powder at the bottom of the cup and clumps throughout the cup. If you order here, do yourself a favor and get the simplest “no brainer” drink possible. Just get a black coffee."
"They were closed Saturday when we arrived before 2pm (were supposed to work, of course). The next day morning, at least three people were working, coffee was fine. No order by app at this location, pay by app is working."
"Customer service could be a lot better. It’s the short fat one, the black girl. Was very rude. I wanted to ask her if she was okay because she really could have stayed home if she didn’t want to do the job SHE applied for!"
