"I have been a Royal customer for 20 years . My last purchase was very disappointing. We kept getting the run around regarding damages probably upon delivery. They were supposed to contact us at on 3 occasions. We called them. Nothing (managers) Had another issue on a previous purchase which we had a spot still under warranty. Heard nothing from them upon several attempts to contact them, they stated they would be out! That was 3 wks ago. I advise everyone to shop at Ashley or another furniture store. This is the worst service I have every received from any company. Just lost a superior customer!! No professionalism at all!!!! Thus store has went Down!!!"
"Buying furniture from Royal Furniture has been one of the easiest & most professional processes we've ever gone through. We bought a sectional and a recliner right before the New Year's weekend & we already got our furniture on Thursday the next week. Dana was so easy to work with & got us approved with 0 down and a great monthly payment. She made sure to call us when she had a delivery setup. On top of that, the drivers even called us when they were an hour out from us. Thank you so much Dana, we love our new furniture!"
"Alice took great care of me and my husband when we came in looking for a sectional. She wasn't pushy (which I appreciate), and she was kind enough to text me exact measurements of a sectional we had liked. I'm impressed that she remembered which one we had picked out. We came back a few weeks later and purchased it, and she was awesome. She got us set up with financing, and I should be getting a call tomorrow to set up delivery. I recommend asking for Alice when you walk in! She will get you squared away."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP AT ROYAL FURNITURE. I purchased a dining table with the protection plan from Royal Furniture last year. Within a couple months, it was peeling and cracking at the edges. The legs of the chairs are now loose and unsafe to sit in. I called to use the protection plan for repairs but my claim was denied. This purchase was a total waste of money. Big Lots probably has better quality furniture."
