"Biggest complaint is lack of service. They know they are going to be busy yet. They refuse to open more check outlines and do not open all of the self checkout. Employees just standing around talking not doing anything yet we cannot get a check out line open."
"Lazy cashier in automotives would not check me out stating she has to get the customers first as if I’m not a customer. Had to walk all the back around the store because she didn’t want to walk up to the front and get a register it’s 8:15 and she still standing around complaining about her job 11/19/2023 8:15am Automotive department"
"Pharmacy is a joke. No drop off you have to stand in line with everyone else and only one person working the pharmacy during busy hours. Get home delivery if you can because if this is their idea of a “new” Walmart they need to bring the old one back because this new one SUCKS."
"This is what you want when you shop. Friendly service from Billy at the front door all the way through especially the Pharmacy. New paved lot with new style baskets. Love the brand new self check outs. More remolding in progress. This store is just the prefect fit for Oakland. Thank You for being here for us."
