"22 minutes is way to long for waiting on food after you order. Food was good, service need help, but more fast food places are still like this"

"It's good for a quick bite, can easily go alone or with a group of people. The app doesn't work all the time which can be annoying. The food is normally good and doesn't take too long to get your order too you usually unless you're getting a limited time product. Overall, would recommend to anyone asking for somewhere to go for a quick meal."

"The people who take your order are so rude. The food was cold. Every soda and milkshake we ordered was messy and had liquid running down them making everything become sticky."

"The girl was rude on the speaker. She kept saying is that it is that it after I said anything. She got my order wrong on the screen because she wouldn't listen. Kept having to correct her and she acted like I was wrong about my order. I wanted popcorn chicken and I kept telling her that and she kept saying ill give you BBQ sauce and I had to say many times I don't want that I wanted Buffalo chicken. It was very annoying and they still got my order wrong. And gave me other stuff I didn't order and they charged me for it. The carhop was very friendly."

"Used the Sonic App, went smooth. But the app has a few bugs where it did not send my order to the restaurant once I was there; but I clicked the button at the drive in and they rook care of me."
