"I ordered one order through the app and then two orders was placed of the same order and I got charged for both orders and when I told the employee about it she said the app had been glitching today and then walked away and I expected to get a refund but they didn't refund it. The transactions completed the next day. I will never be using the app again or sonic in general because I got told that I would need to get my bank statement and they would refund it but with CashApp you can't get that months bank statement until the end of that month so now I'm going to have to wait a whole month before I can even try to get it refunded and I can guarantee when I go to get it refunded they won't do it because it's been to long so I basically got screwed and my money stole from me."

"My wife and I drove to sonic after a bad experience at the KFC/Taco bell across the street. Service was fast. But I found that the speed of service sacrificed quality of product. I ordered the all American hot dog and it seemed sparse on toppings."
