"Definitely the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had at this location. The store was really dirty inside, food was not out in the display, it was on a giant cart. Place was disorganized, they were out of SO many things - so many syrups and holiday drinks were out of stock. Clearly not managed very well. When we did app orders, every single time there was a mistake on a drink order. Got a grande when I ordered a venti, cinnamon missing on top of a drink, syrups wrong. Makes me happy for my home store which always gets things right. We used this one while visiting family, definitely needs better management and better staff training. Do not recommend this store at all. Drive thru is incredibly awkward too, cars end up blocking intersections."
"I love Starbucks! However, this one has not been up to standards. The past few times my frappuccino has not been frozen or even right. They are also extremely slow when there is hardly anyone there. I make it a point to go to the one on Johnson because I know they will always get my order correct and within the proper amount of time."
"Messed up my order several times. Doesn't take responsibility. Here's a suggestion on how to fix it: 1 person handles the online orders and 1 person does a quality check. This way there aren't multiple hands in the pot. DoorDash handled it but this is careless. The first clearly says DRIVE-THRU not delivery, nor does it have my name on the order. Do better."
"It’s always an interesting study when you realize, though corporate, they don’t run themselves. 5:00p on a Saturday, not busy. The dining room is a mess with boxed inventory, point of sale items are sloppy, place is a smidge dirty behind the counter and the dining room. I feel bad for new staff members present, they’re not sure how to do most tasks. Whoever the store manager / GM / or Regional is….. get your house in order!"
"Great Starbucks with a drive thru and late night hours. They’ve got a full menu and a large lobby / seating area for studying, groups or just casual hang outs with friends. The seating area features a wooden canopy with lighting that creates a smaller feel in a bigger room. Staff were friendly and service was fast."
