At Home On Blackmon:

"Papa John’s Milan, TN. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 9:00pm. They said it would be delivered in approx. 30minutes. After 55 minutes, I called to check on the status. A 3rd party advised the order was voided at 9:48pm. The 3rd party said they would connect my call directly to the Milan, Tn restaurant but of course they wouldn’t answer until after they closed at 10:00pm. Was never able to speak with anyone at Milan, Tn Papa John’s in regards to why they voided my order without notifying me. Will definitely be getting my pizza delivery from another restaurant in the future."

"Waited over 2 hours for cold pizza. It was "on the way" for 30 minutes, which I am not that far away from the restaurant. Missing things from the order. Overall a horrible experience."

"Ordered pizza specials and they were zesty and cooked perfect. For a brick n mortar pizza franchise you really can’t pass on the deals and variety of the menu. I have had bad experiences in the past with the franchise but this location did very well. Timely manner for delivery and was as hot as it would have been served dining in. Delivery was prompt and the Driver was polite and courteous."
