"It was really busy the drive-thru was backed up almost to the entrance as soon as you pull in so I went in to get me and my daughter something to eat and there was more than enough employees working behind the counter I don't know why they chose to help everyone through the drive through first before anybody in the lobby was was taking care of and I still there for about 20-30 minutes before anyone behind the counter even acknowledged I was standing there then but I can't say this a meal that should have cost about $30 I was discounted for my weight and was only charged $16 and some change and that was actually a big blessing."
"I stop here on my way home from work and grab breakfast. The staff is super nice and seem like they are in good moods everyday. The food has been hot or miss. I haven't had any bad food just minor things like way to much butter applied or forgetting something."
"Went through the drive thru and ordered the Mcrib combo and the mc double value meal. No fries on my value meal.Terrible food and my mc rib had 2 regular hamburger buns instead of the hoagie style bun. Terrible communication and the food was cold. Called in to voice my complaints and I was quickly dismissed... terrible customer service and hateful employees.... stay away from the Portland McDonald's..."
"I walked in to pick up an online order after it was supposed to be ready. It hadn't been started yet and it was complete chaos behind the counter. It appeared very poorly managed to me. It seemed like there were people everywhere and several of them had no idea what they were supposed to be doing and were just standing/walking around until they were told to do something specific and then they went back to standing around again. I waited a total of 30 minutes for my meal after placing the order. There were 8 people waiting on orders in the dining room. And people stood around waiting for their order to be taken as well. At least they got my order right in all the chaos and it was hot because it was freshly made, but it was a hot mess in there."
"Food takes forever, but it is fresh. The kitchen is always at odds, seem overworked, too many ppl to serve at once. But it has a playground and although the staff doesn't always seem happy they work hard. The clean up woman is always so super kind she makes the visits worth it"
